Aston Financial Services provides consulting services in the areas of personal and corporate financial planning, taxation and tax planning, asset protection and management, preparation for business succession, inheritance issues and small business development.

Our consultants provide highly professional services for corporate clients in the areas of business structuring, international business management, support in mergers, transfer pricing and holding structure management.

Our company has been working in Ukraine since 2010 and has always been improving the level of quality and professionalism. Our knowledge is based on practical experience, gained through the years. We collaborate with many reliable partners across the globe— banks (private banking), tax consultants, legal and audit companies as well as insurance companies.

Management

From the very foundation of the company and until this day Mrs Elena Bokan is a head of the company. Mrs Bokan has more than 12 years of practical experience in the areas of finance, insurance, banking products and taxation. At the moment Mrs.Bokan is determined to getting a degree in the areas of international corporate law as well as trust services.

Mrs. Bokan had graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in 2003 with a Masters in Economics, speciality in Finance. In 2006 Mrs.Bokan had graduated from Aston Business School in the UK with MSc in Business and IT.

In 2015 Elena Bokan had won in the Ukrainian competition “Entrepreneurial Talent of Ukraine 2015” in the nomination “Business from person to person”.

Our History

2010

Foundation of Aston Financial Services. Basic services – consultation for private persons in the area of personal finance management.

2012

Expansion of partners chain, the company now works with partners such as LGT, Julius Baer, Edmond de Rothschild and international insurance companies such as Grawe, Generali. Consultation in the area of private banking. Aston Financial Services is now a guest expert in various press conferences. Organisation of educational seminars in the area of personal finance.

2013

In 2013 Aston Financial Services is expanding services for corporate clients in the following areas: business structuring with participation of foreign companies, taxation of businesses in Ukraine and worldwide.

2014

2014 was marked for Aston by the matter of personal asset protection and preservation of personal capital.

2015

Our company is now consulting is the areas of taxation for individuals in Ukraine, purchasing property abroad, asset protection and management of international companies.

2017

Aston Financial Services is providing professional solutions for the clients in holding structures administration in accordance with the OECD rules and transfer pricing. Among the most vital are the matters regarding are tax residence for private persons and relationships with banks.
